David and Amarah Bailey have been blessed to lead the youth ministry at TLC for nearly 7 years, and just this Spring 2010 celebrated the graduation of those who were in the 6th grade when they began. David and Amarah have 3 wonderful and energetic sons ranging from infant to 2nd grade. They are excited to try homeschooling for the first time in the Fall of 2010.
Aside from his work at TLC, David is a professional musician, teaching at the Old Town Pickin' Parlor in Arvada and at Swallow Hill Music Association in Denver. He has several music projects including his band, Face Man, in which David plays the 7-string guitar. David leads the youth worship band, is TLC's tech man, and has lead worship for TLC in the past.
Amarah spends most of her time raising and enjoying her sons, which she finds a challenge and blessing of the highest calling. She loves ministering to young people, seeing them connect with God and his people. Amarah loves spending time with her family, getting to the mountains, going out for coffee, attempting to be artistic, playing Frisbee, sleeping, and spending too much time on Facebook. |
